Todd B. Eder, Esq., has practiced law since 1980. He is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Florida,  Pennsylvania, California (inactive), and Texas (Inactive), including federal courts and courts of appeal in New Jersey and New York. Since 1994, he has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a "civil trial attorney." Presently, only 1,085 of the more than 85,000 New Jersey attorneys hold the designation of certified civil trial attorney.  In 2010, Mr. Eder was also certified by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification [NBLSC], an American Bar Association accredited organization granting legal specialty certifications, as a " Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate" in  recognition of Mr. Eder's special knowledge, skills, and proficiency.  Mr. Eder's NBLSC certification is applicable to his New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California and Texas bar licenses.

Before establishing his own firm, the Law Offices of Todd B. Eder, in 1997, Mr. Eder spent 10 years as a member of another personal injury litigation firm representing the injured, where he handled a wide range of cases from complex toxic torts and product liability to dental, medical and legal malpractice, personal injury and workers' compensation. His background also includes four years as a defense lawyer in asbestos litigation and three years as a Hudson County assistant prosecutor. Mr. Eder presently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Superior Court Middlesex County mandatory personal injury arbitration program. Those experiences provide important insight today in his representation of injury victims and criminal defendants.

Mr. Eder is currently a member of the American Association for Justice-New Jersey, New Jersey Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association.
