I had an easy divorce, non contested and very little equitable distribution. I received template documents to fill in that had another client's personal information that was not deleted before the paralegals sent them to me! When I provided all of the information, I waited almost two months to cal...l them to follow up, and it seemed like they forgot all about my case. This is AFTER I had to pay the entire fee in full up front. Mr. Green did not return any of my calls, I dealt mostly with the staff, who most times did not return my emails or phone calls either. There is a QDRO document that I needed to submit, for equitable distribution of my 401K Savings Plan that was never discussed and I had no idea about. I almost did not recognize Mr. Green as he ran into court with me for my 15 minute proceeding. I called the office afterwards regarding the QRDO and was told that this would be EXTRA and that they would get back to me. Which they never did, and I ended up drafting the QDRO myself. This was unexpectedly unprofessional. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this entire experience.
