I hired her a few years back when she worked for another firm. She left that firm without giving me any kind of notice. I didn’t find out for some time until I contacted the firm. That was very unprofessional of her. It was a very difficult time for me and she should at least do the right thing b...y telling me that she was leaving the firm.

She seems like a nice person but is totally incompetent as a lawyer. She handled my case and totally messed it up. She intended to handle a motion made by the adversary without ever meeting me. What attorney doesn’t meet their client before arguing a motion? I insisted on a meeting prior to the mo...tion and she saw me the day before. I taped the meeting so I could recall everything they was said. When I listen to it back she basically listened and never asked a question. At the motion, she totally messed up. First, I never got to see the judge. Only Alison and the other attorney saw the judge in chambers. She came out with a consent order that was so balanced to the other side you would think she worked for them. Alison coerced me to sign it by saying the following three things 1) if I didn’t sign the judge wouldn’t like me 2) the court was closing soon and if I didn’t sign we would have to come back the next day at an extra travel expense charge and 3) that after the motion is resolved the case usually settles quickly so I shouldn’t have to pay so much pendent lite support for that long. All wrong. Bad advice and to boot, the day of the motion she was late. An attorney should represent your interests and Allison surely didn’t. Alison- you should know who I am - if you have the courage to - call me.
