also known as Timothy P. McKeown, Tim McKeown
I am a commercial real estate attorney who represents businesses and individuals in court litigating business disputes, contract enforcement actions, replevins for commercial lenders, summary dispossess matters in a commercial setting (representing landlords or tenants), commercial collection matters, construction liens, disputes in connection with the sale or purchase of commercial real estate, and other real estate related matters. I have extensive experience trying cases in State and Federal courts in New Jersey. In addition, I have substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions including contract and lease negotiations, and land use and zoning applications. Having this combination of transactional and litigation background is invaluable in advising clients who are trying to stay out of court, and representing those clients who happen to find themselves in court.

The most I ever learned was from Tim.
Tim was first my attorney for a relatively minor landlord tenant case. He quickly demonstrated his professionalism, patience and knowledge of the law and became my attorney for my business. Tim's counsel proved invaluable to me and I credit him for making my business a success. His friendship and ...
"Lawyers who spend time, pro bono, assisting the public on sites like this are rare. It's important to give back and it's good to see lawyers like you who do. You get my endorsement for sure."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Timothy is an experienced attorney who is dedicated to the profession and his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Although Tim specializes in real estate law, he is an excellent trial attorney. I was particularly impressed with the manner in which he crossed examined witnesses. I found Tim to be personable and he also possesses a high degree of professional integrity."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Tim is a smart, diligent, hard-working attorney who would be an asset to your firm in any litigation."
