I hired this attorney to represent me for litigation against a healthcare entity which violated it's due process procedures and contract. This attorney, before he was hired, confidently stated he would be able to litigate successfully but also had extensive experience with the exact health care entit...y and the same issue which I was dealing with. On this basis I hired him . He insisted on writing a demand letter first which I warned him would be ineffective without litigation. He then delegated the task to another attorney in his firm with zero experience with this type of work. When the demand letter was ineffective, as was expected , I asked this attorney for his next strategy and basis for litigation and he was unresponsive. He also, by his own admission, told me he very minimal experience with the health care entity I was dealing with, which was a different law firm which is now out of business. The gross misrepresentation and outright fraud by this attorney is bothersome and just plain ridiculous. I do not recommend him at all.
