Replied last July 30, 2024This is a very unfair review. Submitting documents on the due date is not only appropriate, but it's often a good idea so that the other side has no more than the amount of time needed to respond. Filing documents earlier than they are due gives the other side more time to respond. As for invoices, we do not change them because the client gets a credit. Instead, any credit provided to the client is applied to the balance due without changing the invoice otherwise. That credit reflects on future invoices, not on past ones. This disgruntled client knows all of this but submitted this unfair review anyway. Please read the numerous positive reviews left for me and for our firm in general by clients over many over many years for fair and accurate feedback on our representation.
