Oops I forgot to mention .. . .
We had Mr. Straffi handle a bankruptcy for us. We had talked about whether or not to exclude the house in the filing. He never told us we could just include the 2nd mortgage in the bankruptcy in this which would have make a world of difference since that was a predatory lending situation.

Warning.....Do not hire!!
Worst divorce lawyer. Do not hire them. I was told my divorce would cost $4000.00., by the end of my divorce, I ended up paying another $6000.00. They do not do things timely.... I needed to call them to make sure things got done. And even then, I was told that Mr Straffi will do it when Mr Straffi ...
