When you are disabled, you don't want to worry about money.

May 28th was my last day of work due to my lungs, when you are no longer working because of an illness you don't want one of your concerns to be money.. You hear of the nightmares of applying for social security benefits and the time it takes to be approved for benefits, so I figured this was one more hurdle to overcome. Kathleen made this process very easy and turned this potential nightmare into one less issue I had to deal with, I started to file in July. August 2nd SSI received all the paperwork. Got a call from Kathleen that I was approved for benefits and August 25th received a letter from ssi stating my benefit amount and stating December 3rd as the date of receiving my first check, Thank You Kathleen!!!!!!

A very happy client

I couldn't imagine going through the Disability process without the help of Kathleen. Beginning from the first huge application, I realized I couldn't do it without her help and understanding how the system works. Along the way I sustained additional injuries and she promptly added the information to my case that was already sent in. Truly can't say enough kind words.

Having a disability is tough and life changing. Needing to navigate the Social Security & Disability system can feel the same way. After my first failed attempt I found Kathleen Dotoli. Fantastic workman's comp attorney

If you experience a workplace injury and feel you should be compensated for it, you need to call Kathleen. I had a ACL and MCL replacement, a meniscus repair and dealt with a fractured bone in my knee. Kathy was awesome to work with. She was always prompt in returning my call. They say 24 to 48 hours on the return call but I never waited that long. I always had my answer on the same day. I had to do ABSOLUTELY nothing as Kathy handled every single aspect of my case. I did'nt even have to go into court and I felt my settlement was fair and Kathy's fee for services was just as fair. If I ever need a workman's comp attorney again there is no doubt Kathy will be my first call. I guarantee that you will be more than satisfied with this firms professionalism and efficiency.
