Robert J Ritacco

Robert J. Ritacco is a trial attorney for the firm and actively represents clients regarding civil, municipal, criminal and real estate matters. He has argued before the New Jersey Appellate and Law Divisions, Municipal Courts throughout the State New Jersey and in Administrative Proceedings.

Mr. Ritacco is a member of the Ocean County, New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, Ocean County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s and Civil Practice Divisions. He presently serves as the Chairman of the District IIIA Ethics Committee, Community Medical Center Foundation Young Professional Advisory Council and as a mediator for the Ocean County Superior Court, Special Civil Part.

Mr. Ritacco attended Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey where he was awarded the Centennial and Presidential Awards, both merit scholarships, and was a member of the Seton Hall Law School’s Journal of Sport Law. In the summer of 2000, he interned in the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey for the Hon. John J. Hughes, U.S.M.J. and received his Juris Doctor in May of 2002.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Ritacco also performs transactional work inclusive of commercial and residential real estate closings, business transactions and contract drafting and review. Mr. Ritacco represents parties in criminal, municipal, guardianship and condemnation matters. His past experience also includes representation of individuals from foreign nations seeking the protection of the United States in temporary protective status and political asylum hearings before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.
