Biography
Colleen L. Clark is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars. Ms. Clark received her B.S. from Lehigh University (1996) and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law (2000). Her practice focuses on Wills and Trusts, Probate, Special Needs Planning, including Guardianship, and Special Education matters.

Ms. Clark is a strong advocate for the rights of students who require special education programs. She helps families navigate their child’s educational rights under IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ADA. Special needs advocacy often does not end there. Ms. Clark also helps protect the assets and governmental benefits of disabled individuals to ensure their current and long term needs are met.
Ms. Clark is a marathon runner and has coached soccer on many levels for years. She has two sons and loves being involved in their activities.
