Charles Novins, Esq., began his career as a public defender in a "small town" called Newark, New Jersey, which is actually one of the nation's largest public defender offices. He is fully familiar with, and has actually completed many jury trials, in every sort of case, including murder, robbery, every type of drug offense, and even sophisticated financial crimes based upon his dual graduate-degrees in law and finance.

This category incudes auto mishaps, slips-and-falls, and any case where you've been deprived of your health or money unjustly. More generally, "litigation" refers to cases involving conflict (as opposed to real-estate closings, or preparing wills,) and our practice is essentially 100% litigation, with minor exceptions (such as a deed-transfer within a divorce.)
