I have had a very complex landlord tenant issue that Roberta did a great job! She has extensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws and is extremely professional. She took my calls after hours and responded to all emails. The fee for her service was extremely reasonable, she wasn’t price gouging lik...e some attorneys do. I highly recommend Roberta to landlords, dealing with tenants trying to take advantage of NJ laws.

I went to her to get my Will and Power of Attorney done. It took over 2 months and it's still not done correctly. I will never use her again or recommend her. During our initial meeting to discuss my wishes we were constantly interrupted by personal phone calls for her, but when my daughter called ...me to see how much longer I would be, Roberta was very annoyed that I took her call.

Roberta just closed a very difficult transaction for me. She and I were on the same side of the transaction with our client being a cash buyer. The selling side was a complete mess. Roberta not only smoothly navigated our side of the deal but resolved the sellers issues including but not limited to:... their judgments, lawsuits, lis pendens, state bulk sales escrow, deed prep and affidavit of title issues etc. I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 25 years and haven't ever seen a lawyer step up and fill the void of what the other lawyer didn't do like Roberta did.
