Sometimes people do stupid things and need a Lawyer. I am that person. After Toasting My hunting and fishing Buddy Good Bye with a half dozen Tequila shots at his Memorial Service, I decided to drive home. Well almost home. I got pulled over for DWI. This was My second offence in less than ten years.... I asked around and was referred to Carmine R. Villani. After meeting with him, I knew he was the man for the job. He explained everything and talked to me in a way that I could understand the severity of My problem. The problem was 42 years ago when I was 18, I was arrested for a drinking incident. That made number 3. That's 8 years loss of License and 6 months in Jail. Mr. Villani worked relentlessly reading books and talking with other DUI Attorneys to find a way to remove the 42 year old conviction. Then came the online Court Appearance. I had never used ZOOM online, but with a lot of help from his staff, ( especially Paralegal Ruby ) we went to Court. I don't speak Lawyer and was a little lost in the court room. There was talk about other cases, old record keeping and the lack of MY representation in 1981. I was amazed with Mr. Villani in the Court Room, he talk with the Prosecutor and the Judge decided to drop those charges. What a GREAT DAY! We still have to deal with the latest charge coming up. But thanks to the work Mr. Villani did the punishment will be easier to handle. I would Highly recommend Carmine R. Villani as an Attorney and ALL his staff for the great help they have given Me.
