My wife and I hired Mr. Middleton last year regarding a complicated zoning matter. We had gone to two other attorneys who said they could not help me. It involved the merger of two lots that my wife and I owned. One lot was a vacant. We wanted to give that lot to our daughter to build a house. If bui...ldable, the lot was worth 200,00. So this was a big issue for us. If merged the lot was unbuildable. Mr. Middleton was thorough and knew the merger issue flat out cold. He filed an action with the zoning board and obtained a ruling that the two lots had not merged. We attended two hearings with him and he did an amazing job explaining the issues and proving that the lots did not merge. My daughters house is being started next month weather permitting. Tim truly did an amazing job and I highly recommend him.

I hired Mr. Middleton in 2012 and 2014 for three separate properties; he lowered my assessments for those properties by a substantial amount and saved my wife and I about $9500 per year. He filed the appeals, prepared the comparable sales for all three properties, and dealt directly with the tax as...sessors. I strongly recommend him. Robert
