Mr. Middleton has also been directly involved in land development and redevelopment within Monmouth County, New Jersey. He litigated a successful decision in a zoning merger case before the New Jersey Supreme Court in Jock V. Zoning Bd. Of Adjustments, 184 N.J. 562 (2005). Mr. Middleton has also negotiated development agreements and commercial real estate acquisitions for both buyers and sellers.
