Very happy client

I contacted Sarina as well as a few other lawyers initially for a consultation. What I liked about Sarina, besides the fact that she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, was how she explained my situation to me as well as her questioning me to fully understand what I was going through. She w...as honest and explained the law and not just what I wanted to hear. I felt that she had my best interest and was willing to do everything she could to help me. She responded in an efficient timely matter to calls and emails. I was going through an extremely stressful time and she helped me navigate this whole process and earned my trust that she had my side in a professional matter.

Professional, Competent, Honest, Fearless

I needed an attorney who could change the ruling of a QDRO that was part of my divorce more than 20 years ago. This had to do with the pension plans for myself and my ex-wife. This was ruled as being 50 / 50, but this was not as equitable as it might seem. There was a huge imbalance of employment yea...rs, thus creating a major deficit in my pension payments. I only wanted what was fairly due me and I was willing to relinquish my share of my ex-wife's pension. My ex-wife agreed to this change, but did not want to initiate the undertaking. I called a short list of attorneys I deemed capable and chose Sarina Gianna because she knew that this should be able to be done, even though she had never heard of it being done before. Other attorneys were not sure how to even start the proceedings. She was completely honest with me right from the beginning and followed her game plan to a successful completion. She even followed up with the courts continually when she knew that paperwork was in their possession, paperwork that should have been signed by a judge and returned to her, but never was. The courts looked into this and found an error. Finally, the process was completed. Sarina was totally professional and never tried to pad the billing. She proved herself to be completely honest and I trusted her completely. It is a good feeling to have.

A thorough professional

Sarina handled my divorce smoothly, professionally, and quickly. And when it finally went to court, she was kind and supportive. She saved me so much - financially and emotionally. Before engaging her, I nearly went it alone, and also considered a divorce center. Both would've huge mistakes.

I highly recommend Sarina

We all know that going through a divorce can be one of the most overwhelming and stressful times in a person’s life. Having my original attorney, who didn’t have my best interest at hand made it even more difficult. That’s when I decided to switch attorneys. During my initial consultation with Sarin...a, I could immediately tell she was genuine and sincere. She made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to listen and address all of my concerns which made the process less stressful. Sarina and Gloria continually kept me updated throughout my entire divorce process. I truly believe that Sarina cares about her clients and will do her best to represent them. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is going through a divorce.

Honest, Straightforward and Compassionate Representation

I had no doubt in my mind after speaking to Sarina on the phone before our first consultation two years ago that she was the one to represent my family in a very emotional, difficult and contentious custody/removal from state situation. She is extremely honest, straightforward, compassionate and very... knowledgeable in how she approaches your unique situation. Sarina will tell you from the get-go what you are going up against and what your best options are and always with the best interest of the child in mind, which should always remain in focus in such cases. I could go on and on with accolades about Sarina and what she has accomplished for our family. But behind every great lawyer is a great staff, and I cannot say enough about Sarina’s paralegal, Gloria for all the support and information she has also provided to us. Gloria is always right on top of things and keeps everyone informed with any developments and is always there to answer a question, give advice or talk you off the ledge if you are feeling overwhelmed. There is nobody else we’d want by our side with dealing with custody issues than Sarina and Gloria. And there is no doubt in our minds that they are fully committed to doing right by their clients with their excellent legal representation in family court matters and fighting for what is in the best interest of the child(ren) involved as it should be.
