VERY EFFECIENT

Needed an attorney to handle my aunt's estate in NJ as I live in another state. Mr. McWeeney was recommended by a friend. He was extremely knowledgable, professional, and helpful. Also has a great paralegal assistant. Everything went very well. Could not have asked for better help. I would def...initely use him and his staff again without hesitation.

Excellent Estate Administration Attorney

I was totally satisfied that Mr. McWeeney and his staff were thoroughly knowledgeable when I retained him to handle my aunt's estate. He took a great deal of time to explain every step of the administration process to us so that we understood what to expect. They were a pleasure to work with and ha...d a very professional manner. Calls were returned promptly and the estate administration was completed without any problems. I would highly recommend Jeffrey McWeeney for any type of estate matter.
