David is an outstanding legal resource. He is the guy you hire when you want straight answers and results. A walking encyclopedia with a powerhouse punch, David defended me and my company against a giant, publicly traded (NYC) corporation with deep pockets, and an internal and external legal team. ... David is an excellent writer and communicator. He gets things most people don't pick up. Then, we actually met face to face on the steps of the Appellate Division.
