I retained David for a well-known case for four years now and found him to be exceptionally perceptive, sharp, and professional in helping determine the legal course to take. A walking encyclopedia with a powerhouse punch, David defended me and my company against a giant, publicly traded (NYC) corporation with deep pockets, and an internal and external legal team. ... It was as if we had known each other for years. David's authenticity was humbling. He was immaculately prepared, eloquent and quick to his feet with deep, succinct knowledge. The opposing team was quiet on the issues he raised (how could they not be? David was right!). A refined, powerful force whose calm, strategic approach delivered everything I wanted: a win.
