I have been in practice for more than 30 years in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and Federal Courts. I am admitted to practice in all 3 federal districts in New Jersey and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in thousands of cases. I was appointed as a neutral arbitrator by Mercer County Superior Court due to my experience of representing plaintiffs and defendants and hear cases as an arbitrator on a frequent basis. Involved in arbitration and mediation throughout the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
