John R. Nachlinger

John has become my trusted advisor guiding me through some of the most difficult marital and child custody issues. He listens carefully, provides helpful recommendations, and follows through on everything discussed. John is very conscientious and on multiple occasions has gone out of his way to do ...exactly what was needed and not over bill me. I am very grateful to have found him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

John represented me in a divorce and was my second attorney. Before he took over my case, my case had gone on for over a year and had cost me more money than I want to think about. Within a month of taking over my case, he had negotiated a partial settlement and got my case on track to be resolved. H...e is a problem solver and I did not think billed excessively (particularly compared to my first attorney). John is a good guy and a pleasure to talk to. I really am blessed to have found him and had him get me out of my marriage. I highly recommend him and his entire office.

I have never written a negative review prior to this but feel it's very reasonable at this point. When I first hired Mr Nachlinger he promised so much in my initial consult, none of which he seemed to fight for once his retainer was collected. My case was divorce/custody. He doesn't reply to emails/...calls even at times of severe emergency. After many attempts to have him contact me in an emergent situation, I got an irritated response from him where I felt I was just a nuisance, a number, and a paycheck to him. Then he charged me hundreds of dollars on my monthly statement which was titled "email correspondence with client." For what I ask? Bottom line, he didn't fight for me or my children and didn't seem to really care when we were in crisis. He is not an aggressive attorney by any means and seems to not care once his retainer is collected. I have paid him close to $20,000 and owe $6,750 more which I have to make extremely high monthly payments on. I cannot get him or anyone in his office to finish my case and finalize basic court papers. I live penny to penny to pay him while my children and I have nothing. Hiring him was the worst decision I made through out my divorce process.

I just finished a very long divorce and custody fight with my ex. John was with my every step of the way. I thought he was patient with me and helped me get a great result for me and my children. He really cared about my kids, which was really what I needed. Divorce is not cheap, but I really feel I ...got my money's worth with this guy. I highly recommend him and his firm.
