Biography
Within his first year working with a busy New Jersey firm, Mr. Qadeer had made approximately 200 court appearances in his areas of practice. While the number of appearances has increased over time, Mr. Qadeer still offers the same level of professionalism and care that his clients appreciate.
Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-timed as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Erickson of the Federal District Court in Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Qadeer also interned at Rhode Island Legal Services, where he gained experience in a number of different fields, from consumer/bankruptcy law to family and tax law. Before coming to New Jersey, Mr. Qadeer worked as a legal intern and law clerk in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, respectively.

He never gets back to u in a timely fashion.. Does not bill you monthly as stated in client/attorney agreement. Once you give the retainer consider it gone u ll never see that money cuz he will bill you much more and charge you even for the time he didnt do anything. He does not keep u informed and ...

Worst experience Ever!!
Worst experience Ever! I do not recommend at all. I only spoke to the Real attorney Omar Qadeer for free consult which was in office over the phone . Once I paid retainer I Never heard from lawyer and always referred to office mgr. The employees switch names every visit unless you acknowledge it. ...

Replied last November 16, 2014Rather than posting a negative review, it would have been great if we could have discussed your issues. You only made a down payment, which is what some attorneys charge for a consultation. We then sent a letter of representation and obtained an adjournment. I also reviewed your file and began basic trial prep. You missed your second appointment where we were to discuss trial and came in at the end of the day stating you found someone cheaper in the area. My office was willing to return part of your fees but rather than talk to us about it, you posted a negative review. That said, your review is inaccurate and unfair. If you are still willing to come in and discuss it face-to-face, I'd appreciate it.
