the 2nd time he blew me off... i had an extremely time sensitive contract issue that i needed resolved, but he was far too busy (again) to return even an email. i contacted him on a Tuesday, then again Thursday. finally heard back from him at 10pm on a Friday night. That left me exposed to a serious ...default situation.
