We had a great experience with Michael Spielberger, who represented us on the sale of our house. Ours was a complicated sale because we were in a Princeton University co-tenancy program (we owned part but not all of the house). But he was more than adept at navigating all the paperwork; he kept us in...formed every step of the way; and he was timely in his emails and responses. We were obviously in very experienced hands. Definitely recommend this lawyer.

I am a first time home/condo owner in this country. I had this unique situation where my seller did not hire a lawyer and was doing things he was not supposed to do (like taking attachments from the walls. taking shower head etc). To muddy the water further, his real estate agent did not show any act...ive participation in the whole process. Mike and his assistant, Tammy, helped me get through the whole process even though the whole negotiation was stuck for a good 2-3 hrs before closing because the seller was unwilling cooperate much to everyone's frustration despite the fact that it was completely obvious that seller failed to honor certain clauses in the contract Another point I have seen with Mike is that he responded to my emails beyond office hours. We ended up changing banks in the last minute ( a few days before closing) and had a lot of questions. That is when I could see his responses coming in late at night. Very sincere guy. Doesn't talk too much unnecessarily. He thinks well about the situation at hand before he advises. He answers to the point.

My wife and I hired Mr. Michael F. Spielberger as the seller attorney in 2018. Surprisingly, a smooth selling turned into quite bumpy. We bought our house in 2006 right before the financial crisis. There must had been a terrible clerical mistake when the title company handling our previous closing, r...esulted in a $270K lien on our property. To make things worse, the title company had gone out of business. Mr. Spielberger traced all parties involved in 2006 closing, and magically cleared this huge lien with buyer acceptance. Along the way to the closing, our buyer raised requests over many small repairs and changed closing date two times. Mr. Spielberger always protected our interests with professionalism and prompt rearrangements. We highly recommend Mr. Spielberger, he rises to challenges and win.

Mr. Spielberger has been my attorney for purchasing my new home. In the process of purchasing, I think the work of Mr. Spielberger is just fair. He followed the normal step to provide us all the necessary documents. However, while reviewing the closing disclosure, I have to understand the amount in ...each item and figure out whether they are correct by myself (I spent a lot of time on talking to different company providing the number). The tittle company used by the attorney is not very expansive but also not a good price. One more poor thing is that the attorney doesn't have any intention to help me achieve more benefit. For instance, the previous home owner need to rent back the house since they can not move out on time. In the rent back contract, the attorney just provide an amount from their estimation which never discussed with me. When I followed the convention to ask for a higher rent amount, the attorney refused my suggestion and didn't like to make any attempt to negotiate with the original home owner and help me get more benefit. In some sense, I finally have to agree with his number in order to close this purchase. The experience of working with him is not quite good. But fortunately, I didn't meet any big problem when I worked with him for my new home purchase.
