David was recommended to me by my doctor. With my case we weren't sure if I would get anything because it was a whiplash accident and no MRI's could see the tiny nerves that were affected. David did end up taking my case after my doctor called him and let him know he wasn't happy that he hadn't retur...ned my calls. But after he took the case he did not answer most of my emails or phone calls or questions. He left all the work for me to do with the insurance companies in regards to the medical and car. When my condition worsened over years I ended up with an operation. Before I had the 2nd operation (because the first one went wrong), he called me and said I settled your case. I had no idea it was even going to litigation. Long story short, I felt since he wasn't making much off my case he treated me as such. I didn't have much coverage but then he shouldn't have taken the case to begin with. Unfortunately, I was in another car accident (neither was my fault) and someone else recommended a different lawyer. In the first 30 minutes with them I learned more about the way the system works than I did in the 3 years David was my lawyer and they took care of all the paperwork and made it so much easier on me that I couldn't believe how badly I was treated before.
