David E. Silverstein

I was a client of Mr. Silverstein because I was seriously injured in an accident. He was really responsive to me and always got back to me within a half a day or his partner would. He was extremely knowledgeable about the way things worked in the legal system and helped me with insurance issues as ...well. He will fight hard for you and you will feel well taken care of if you use him..I hope I never need his services again but I would definitely recommend him to anyone I care about.

I was hurt in an accident a few years ago, and didn't know where to turn. A friend of a friend recommended Mr Silverstein. I couldn't be more happy with the experience. David was recommended to me by my doctor. With my case we weren't sure if I would get anything because it was a whiplash accident and no MRI's could see the tiny nerves that were affected. David did end up taking my case after my doctor called him and let him know he wasn't happy that he hadn't retur...ned my calls. But after he took the case he did not answer most of my emails or phone calls or questions. He left all the work for me to do with the insurance companies in regards to the medical and car. When my condition worsened over years I ended up with an operation. Before I had the 2nd operation (because the first one went wrong), he called me and said I settled your case. I had no idea it was even going to litigation. Long story short, I felt since he wasn't making much off my case he treated me as such. I didn't have much coverage but then he shouldn't have taken the case to begin with. Unfortunately, I was in another car accident (neither was my fault) and someone else recommended a different lawyer. In the first 30 minutes with them I learned more about the way the system works than I did in the 3 years David was my lawyer and they took care of all the paperwork and made it so much easier on me that I couldn't believe how badly I was treated before.

You can find a lot of good lawyers on here with good reviews but David is not only a great lawyer but more importantly he is a damn good human being. He will treat you like family and always look out for your best interest. He always makes himself available for any questions or concerns you may have ...and is extremely good at getting you to understand everything that is going on. I would recommend david to anybody with a personal injury no matter the size. USE THIS LAWYER!!!!

David Silverstein went above and beyond in my case! I was injured by a drunk driver. David made sure I was protected with every step of my case. He cared as though I was a family member. The drunk driver was charged with a criminal assault and was required to pay restitution. David had the knowledge ...and foresight to protect my insurance settlement whereas, three years later David's action led to the defendant being legally biding to the restitution.
