very nice attorney but not very good trial lawyer
I hired Ms Mahoney over a year ago. She is very smart and very nice but I was disappointed in the courtroom. She is book smart for sure but I was very dismayed when my trial began. The DA did his homework and I was left stunned as I saw me losing my case within the 1st half hour in wich I did

Starts off strong then gets lazy
She took our case and was sure she could represent us. She talks a great game. Then she stops the ball. Tried to get us to settle for an insulting offer.
