When I hired Mr. Murphy...I was expecting to be fully represented while also being a big part of my own case. I was not. He never returned my calls in a timely fashion nor did he include me in decision making. He always told me his opinion without asking for my input or even answering my questions.... I feel a lawyer is supposed to make you feel comfortable in a sometimes very uncomfortable situation. Not only did I feel like he was not interested in what I had to contribute to my case I feel as if he kept me in the dark. I believe in great customer service but in this instance I did not get that.
