I have been practicing real estate law for over 25 years. I am licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
Being a solo practioner has allowed me to deliver personal service to my clients. I have handled very simple closings and very complex commericail transactions, and pride myself on great customer service no matter what the monetary value of the transaction may be.
I don't advertise and have built my practice on referrals from satisfied clients and realtor relationships.
I realize that buying and/or selling a home (or both) is a very stressful transaction and my goal is to make it as stress free as possible for you.

Hard Working and Responsive!
Bought a foreclosure and it got messy but Michele and her staff never gave up and were always very responsive to my communications. They worked tirelessly to make sure I could close as expected until the hour before! Highly recommend their services!
