I knew through a past experience with Michelle Katz that I was going to get amazing customer service.. It was back in 2007 that I first found out how intense the firms work ethic and knowledge of real estate really was. We closed on our first home in Jackson, which she also helped us sell this pa...st year (2018), 11 years later! The response is always within 20 minutes or so- very thoughtful, which generally solves the questions or concerns. We have used Michelle as our attorney on the sale of two homes, the purchase of one home and more than one refinance.
