I contacted the office of Michelle Katz at the recommendation of a family member who used her office several times and I am very pleased with the service I received in our real estate transaction. My transaction was a little more complicated since I was out of state and I was power of attorney for... the seller. Michelle's team - especially Maria and Mike - were very quick to reply to my messages and ensured that the closing went off without a hitch. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Attorney herself is pleasant, accessible when needed. Responsive to questions and able to cut through issues quickly and effectively. Great advocate for negotiating fair outcomes. Office staff likes to email as means to communicate in short brief answers which did not always thoroughly answer the que...stions which was frustrating. Day of closing was pressured with their full schedule that I had to adjust to irregardless of my challenged circumstances.

We have used Michelle as our attorney on the sale of two homes, the purchase of one home and more than one refinance. We have never had a problem closing any of these transactions with either the timing or the required documentation. Her staff has always been very helpful to make sure we got everythi...ng we needed. We highly recommend Michelle.
