My original contact with Michelle Katz and her real estate office was in Spring 2017 as I moved forward with the sale of my long-time Jackson home. It made sense to also use Ms. Katz for the subsequent purchase of my new home in Toms River, NJ. Michelle and her staff were professional, detail orien...ted, available when needed, answered (and re-answered) all questions, read and replied to all correspondence, met required deadlines and arranged for back-to-back closings on the sale and purchase of my properties. My chosen real estate agents were always kept in the loop and all worked very well together during what is often a stressful, overwhelming process. More recently in January 2019, my son purchased his first home and my only recommendation to him for legal services was Michelle Katz and her still terrific staff, in particular Maria and Mike. Everything went smoothly, communication and follow up was timely, accurate and within deadline, and my son's closing was successfully completed as anticipated.
