Michelle was both professional and personable at the same time. My closing was much more complicated than the average and she couldn't have done a better job for me. She simply just took care of things that needed to get done without me even having to ask. She also presented all documents to sign in ...an extremely easy format that saved a lot of time and confusion. I would absolutely recommend her and hope to work with her again in the future!

I hired Michelle and team to represent me for both the sale of my prior home, and the purchase of my new one. Everyone in the office was extremely professional, pleasant, easy to work with, and great with communicating and setting appropriate expectations. They kept me updated every step of the way, ...and always gave me advanced notice when they would need something from me, so I had plenty of time to get my stuff together without being under a time crunch. The entire team is extremely organized which was very helpful for me when handling 2 separate transactions simultaneously (sale and purchase). The purchase of my new home was contingent on the sale of my old home, and Michelle made sure that everything lined up and was timed perfectly for everything to go off without a hitch. I personally loved the way they handled communications. As someone juggling a full time job, the administrative work associated with these transactions, AND the packing/physical move - this group was very sensitive to and respectful of my time. My preference has always been electronic communication with calls for the most time sensitive issues - and that's exactly what they provided! I can only give 5 stars, but I'd give 6 if i could. Not only would I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelle, but I personally plan on leveraging her again for future real estate transactions. Thanks Michelle and team for a great experience!

Michelle and her staff were professional, detail orien...ted, available when needed, answered (and re-answered) all questions, read and replied to all correspondence, met required deadlines and arranged for back-to-back closings on the sale and purchase of my properties. My chosen real estate agents were always kept in the loop and all worked very well together during what is often a stressful, overwhelming process. More recently in January 2019, my son purchased his first home and my only recommendation to him for legal services was Michelle Katz and her still terrific staff, in particular Maria and Mike. Everything went smoothly, communication and follow up was timely, accurate and within deadline, and my son's closing was successfully completed as anticipated.
