Michelle and her team ( Maria ) were sooo supportive during my whole process buying a house. They were able to be reached at any moment - and called me back within hours if they had to! In addition, the sellers attorney was not working towards getting certain paper work for the seller and Michelle ( ...plus her team) stepped up!! and helped the seller get paper work in order to close on the house. This was not their responsibility as they were not working for the seller, but they knew that this paper work was needed in order to close on the house. I could not have asked for a better team ! I hired Michelle and team to represent me for both the sale of my prior home, and the purchase of my new one. Everyone in the office was extremely professional, pleasant, easy to work with, and great with communicating and setting appropriate expectations. They kept me updated every step of the way, ...and always gave me advanced notice when they would need something from me, so I had plenty of time to get my stuff together without being under a time crunch. The entire team is extremely organized which was very helpful for me when handling 2 separate transactions simultaneously (sale and purchase). The purchase of my new home was contingent on the sale of my old home, and Michelle made sure that everything lined up and was timed perfectly for everything to go off without a hitch. I personally loved the way they handled communications. As someone juggling a full time job, the administrative work associated with these transactions, AND the packing/physical move - this group was very sensitive to and respectful of my time. My preference has always been electronic communication with calls for the most time sensitive issues - and that's exactly what they provided! I can only give 5 stars, but I'd give 6 if i could.
