My sister bought 2 Belmar rental homes and recommended Michelle. I have been looking for a shore home for the last 2years. My offers were accepted 4 times (four homes) but my inspection report findings on the first three were horrible. Michelle's office staff timely handled all aspects of the proces...s such that I met the deadlines to remove my offers and timely send in the deposit and timely adjust the contracts as needed. I bought the fourth home. All went smoothly. I did/do keep up on what is needed and if it has been done. Hiring a lawyer does not mean I close my eyes; it is a partnership between the lawyer and myself. Michelle also gave me good legal council regarding unusual aspects related to two properties. ( I do a google follow up of the council to learn more, if available ) I will use her again.

We are very thankful to have had Michelle and her team, to work with on the sale of our home and purchase of our new one. It was not an easy process at all, lots of ups and downs for months on end, but they were able to handle every hurdle thrown our way and help us get through it. The fact that I wa...s quickly approaching my due date for our first baby while all of this was happening made the situation even more stressful, but they assured us that they would do everything they could to help us get to closing. Our family is very thankful for all the hard work they put in to helping us. To the prompt emails and making sure we stayed constantly informed and to all of the calls me and my husband made to get clarification on matters, they always took the time to explain things and get back to us as quickly as possible. We will be recommending Michelle and her team to everyone we can.
