Graig has been practicing law for more than twenty years. He began his training representing Chapter 7 Trustees in the Bankruptcy Court, which he did until 2014. Getting an understanding about what Trustees were looking for in bankruptcy cases allowed him then to transition to helping debtors directly by representing them in Chapter 7 and businesses in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He has also represented third parties and other creditors in suits relating to Fraudulent Transfer Claims and Preference Actions. Secured Creditors often come to Graig to get relief from the automatic stay, to recover collateral from bankruptcy cases and to pursue dishonest debtors in the bankruptcy procees. Bankruptcy has been a home to Graig for the past years but he also practices in the real estate realm and works with families seeking planning for wills, trusts and estate adminstration.
On a personal level, Graig is married and has three amazing kids. He loves coaching baseball, softball and soccer and being invovled in music whenever he can, where he sings, plays percussion and the ukulele. Graig has recently taken up some special team building training to challenge himself more personally (Check out for a taste of that).
Being a good lawayer is his career but being a great husband and father is his main priority. Connecting with people and listening to their issues and problems and then working with them to find the best solution is the ultimate goal.

I was disappointed with my experience working with this attorney. Their communication style felt unnecessarily harsh, and interactions often came across as abrasive rather than helpful. I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that simply wasn’t there. While everyone has different expectati...
Without knowing who this is and the matter involved, I cannot properly respond. I have had very few new clients in the last 10 months or so. This appears to be more of a consult than a representation.

Graig helped us with our deal to buy a home in Hopewell. He is very thorough with his knowledge and gave us inputs throughout the process of Attorney Review, Inspection & Contingencies and Closing. He explained us all documentation very well at the time of closing before we actually signed anything. ...

I am a business & financial planning consultant. I work pretty much nationwide. I was sued for "fraudulent transfer" in a New Jersey bankruptcy court by one of my best former clients---one for whom I had worked five years and actually done pretty well. But this guy (my former client) was a big tal...
"Graig and I worked together for several years in a firm where I found him to be a thoughtful and caring attorney and friend. I have continued to refer matters and work with Graig since he opened his own practice and have always found him to be extremely diligent and competent. I recommend Graig without reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Graig and I worked together in the same law firm for several years. I know him to be an intelligent, hardworking lawyer. He cares about his clients and his work product, and is focused on quality service. Graig is efficient in his use of his time because he is mindful of keeping costs down for clients. To top it off, he is a good person. A client is well-served with Graig's counsel."
