John Joseph Bublewicz

After gaining experience at several law firms, John J. Bublewicz opened a solo practice in early 1991 which has since evolved into The Law Offices of John J. Bublewicz, maintaining two offices serving the Hamilton, Trenton, Hightstown, Princeton Junction and West Windsor areas.

As an enthusiastic and dedicated civil litigator, John J. Bublewicz specializes in representing victims of personal injury, medical malpractice and work-related accidents. In addition, he also offers a wide range of services including residential real estate transactions, estate planning (Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Declarations and Guardianships), municipal court matters, as well as selected miscellaneous matters requiring a lawyer who is comfortable in the court room litigating.

John J. Bublewicz has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey and has appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Superior Court Appellate Division, and routinely appears in the New Jersey Superior Court in both bench and jury trials. He also is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

John J. Bublewicz is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey, the Mercer County Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He enjoys pleading his client’s case in the courtroom, as well as negotiating out of court resolutions at mediation and/or arbitration. His bottom line is to zealously advocate the client’s position until the client is satisfied with the result.

John J. Bublewicz resides in Hightstown, New Jersey with his wife and daughter. He enjoys swimming, golf, gardening, and relaxing with a fishing pole or good book while vacationing at the Jersey shore. He is involved with his local parish in Hightstown teaching faith formation classes.
