Following this clerkship, Ms. Neville worked as an associate with a firm representing national corporate auto lenders and other secured creditors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Neville was also responsible for all of the state court replevin (repossession) and contract litigation and collections for these same clients.
Ms. Neville serves on the Steering Committe of the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, a joint effort on the part of South Jersey Legal Services and Rutgers University School of Law - Camden to pair experienced attorneys with law students to assist those in need with filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petitions.
