Refuse to do any work or research on case at all. Was only interested in taking the first plead deal offered. Never sat down and got all the facts of the case or make a phone call to my doctor to get a better understanding of the case. Never had any paperwork for me to sign for retainer or provide any receipt of payment. Told me going to trail was a waste of time but he'd do it for and extra three thousand. He showed no knowledge of the law or willingness to aid me as my lawyer. Twice giving me wrong dates to court and everytime we spoke about case was like the first time he was hearing anything.

Mario is highly motivated and has the drive to strive to do the best he can for his client. He gave no false hopes but always showed a confidence that the best-case scenario could be obtained. Even when we had a slight setback, he was still able to overcome and prevail. In the end, he was able to obtain for me the best possible outcome--short of complete dismissal--that could be anticipated. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a lawyer who will give his all to his clients.
Mark Davis, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse Mario as a fellow municipal court practitioner because, in my experience with and observations of him, he's a sharp defense attorney who knows his way around the local courthouses and has a excellent rapport with other attorneys, judges, and most importantly, prosecutors.
