Mario allowed my DUI case to go on for 15 months. He never kept me updated and even yelled at me for showing up for an appearance date that was rescheduled which I received the day after showing up. Imagine losing work for one day a month for 15 months??? I even at one point believed the DUI was drop...ped and only facing reckless which this case was bc I was eating and driving at 1 pm not drinking and driving . Repeatedly on the phone Mario told me the prosecutor wants to drop it but Mario stated the Evesham prosecutor stated he didn't want the Evesham cops mad at him "the cops run the court". He further insulted me by asking me in front of my daughter if I had ever slept (Mario used more colorful language) with the arresting officer bc that officer was demanding DUI conviction and loss of DL. Towards the end up to and including the day of trial, Mario try to convince me to plead guilty. I have lived in Evesham 30 yrs with only being pulled over in Medford 30 yrs ago and getting a speeding ticket. Mario never allowed me to testify and this case came down to a driver behind me saying I was all over the road~ I WAS EATING ON MY WAY HOME! Mario mislead me from the beginning and gave me no voice. If it weren't for my receipt I would have thought Mario worked for the Evesham police department. Please don't make the mistake I made

This lawyer refuses to do what he was hired to do. His job was to represent me which he did a poor job of doing. I felt as the client I had no say in what happened to me and that he just wanted to take my money and go for the first offer the prosecutor threw at him. If there was an option that was le...ss than one star he would be given that rating.

Refuse to do any work or research on case at all. Was only interested in taking the first plead deal offered. Never sat down and got all the facts of the case or make a phone call to my doctor to get a better understanding of the case. Never had any paperwork for me to sign for retainer or provide an...y receipt of payment. Told me going to trail was a waste of time but he'd do it for and extra three thousand. He showed no knowledge of the law or willingness to aid me as my lawyer. Twice giving me wrong dates to court and everytime we spoke about case was like the first time he was hearing anything.
