Mr. Anthony, thank you for your review. First, and foremost you came to my office without having an appointment, on Monday, December 11, 2023. I was about an hour away from my office when I received a call that you were in my office. My staff member called me while you were in the conference room, an...d I advised that I that don't want you to wait because I am an hour away. As such, I proceeded to ask you about your matter, and you explained the circumstances of your claim and we were on the phone for over fifteen minutes. I advised that I would refer you to another Attorney closer to you who handle your type of claim. Based on our conversation, I knew that I could not help you. Now, I find it to be disturbing for you to come to my office without an appointment and expect for me to be there. On Monday, December 11, 2023, I had a Master Hearing at the Newark Immigration Court at 9:00 am. You arrived at my office at 11:15 am without an appointment. By the way, at 11:41am on Monday, December 11, 2023, I screened the address and phone number of the other Attorney's office to you via text message.

I drove two hours to meet with Mr Jude Nelson. When I arrived I was asked to enter a conference room with a speakerphone. Mr. Nelson did not have the courtesy of meeting me in person. I could have saved time and money. To make matters worse, he says he is too busy with cases and refers me to someone ...else. I was left very unimpressed by his mannerism and his legal understanding of certain matters which completely conflict with written records by authorities.
