I opened my law office in April 2001 and have been in business since then. I handle about 50% immigration cases, 40% traffic court and disorderly persons cases, and another 10% is dedicated to miscellaneous legal issues such as correcting birth certificates. I work on my cases personally and I do network closely with other attorneys. I often work evening hours (although not as much as before) and I usually am able to receive clients on Saturdays.
I greatly enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and many different countries and cultures. I speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. I also speak French with some proficiency, am fluent in German, and I have traveled for my cases when necessary.
Most importantly, I do not just "dabble" in immigration law but take it very seriously. I consider it to be my main focus. I handle deportation (removal) cases, naturalizations, adjustment of status based on family relationships, U visa cases (for certain victims of crime), TPS, and similar issues. I do not generally handle other non-immigrant visas and/or business-based cases but can provide ready referrals. THANK YOU!
Si algo no entiende, llameme.
Somos gente abierta. ¡GRACIAS!
