Got caught up in a really bad DWI charge in EHT. He took the time to explain the discovery with me. Gerard was very knowledgable as he knew both sides of the fence because law enforcement experience. He was able to get me a decent deal with prosecutor. Charged a reasonable fee, less than most lawyers in the industry. I would say from my experience was worth it... Check ++ and would highly recommend him.

Mr. Traynor promptly returned my phone call and went out of his way to refer a colleague to assist me regarding multiple traffic violations I recently incurred. He had a conflict of interest in the jurisdiction I was ticketed and before I had the chance to ask he gave me the name of an attorney he respected. I have heard nothing but positive things about Mr. Traynor and truly appreciate his help. I really wanted Gerry to represent me but I'm confident his referral will do a great job. Thank you again!

I was lucky enough to work with Gerard when a friend needed legal guidance. Gerard was referred to me by another attorney, which brought around a reassuring confidence in his abilities.
When we met with Mr. Traynor, he immediately put us at ease that the issue was not as serious as I had suspected. He diligently learned all the facts and in doing so was able to guide us to a swift, painless and cost effective resolution.
This was my first experience working with an attorney and I must say a pleasurable one. Gerard demeanor made the process comforting and obviously the outcome reveals his abilities to clearly present a case. I would highly recommend Gerard Traynor to those who are looking for legal assistance.

I was cited for speeding 72 in 55 Mph area. Although the prosecutor dismissed my summons due to exigent circumstances, Mr. Traynor obtained a thorough discovery and was well prepared to negotiate the appropriate plea for my circumstances being a PA licensed driver working in NJ. I would highly recommend Mr. Traynor for NJ traffic matters.
He was cordial and honest the entire time I retained his services. He also does not nicklevand dime. He is receptive to phone calls for clarification. kept me well informed personally each step.

Hired him for my daughter's father dui for prescription drugs which he is prescribed. He immediately called me back and has answered every question in a very timely manner. He is upfront with his fees unlike most lawyers who have hidden ones and was very reasonable and down to earth. I love this man. During the course of my roommates trial investigation I was struck by an suv as pedestrian. He is coming to my court case as well as I'm terrified to see the man who injured me and my unborn child. He also set me up directly with another lawyer asap regarding my case. I would highly recommend traynor. I can't say how amazing this man is. He deserves 10 stars!!!

Mr. Taynor was very helpful and informative with every aspect of my case. I was ticketed going 79mph in a 65mph zone. When I first called Mr. Traynor he promised he would do everything in his power to help me and he lived up to his word. He was able to amend my ticket down to 69mph in a 65mph zone and I walked out of the courtroom with no additional points on my license and a very small fine.
Mr. Traynor is very convenient to get in touch with as well. Whenever I had a question about my case he was always available by phone or email. He is very knowledgable about the court system and if I ever have any more legal troubles I will be sure to give him another call.

Our 18-year-old daughter, who had a clean driving record at the time, was on vacation in Ocean City, NJ when she was cited for excessive speeding as she drove a friend home to nearby Sea Isle City. By statute, the citation required a personal appearance before a NJ magistrate and posed the risk of a significant fine, court costs and points, not to mention the possibility of an insurance premium hike. As we are PA residents, we decided to seek representation and Mr. Traynor really answered the call. He is well-versed in NJ and PA law, which proved very helpful under our circumstances, and is very experienced in traffic matters. He immediately reviewed all of our options and assured us that his firm would first conduct full discovery to ensure that the citation was supported, then seek a plea bargain based on our daughter's clean driving record and other mitigating factors. His fee was more reasonable than that of other attorneys with whom we consulted and his staff were warm, empathetic and very responsive to our questions. The outcome was that our daughter agreed to plead guilty to the minimum speeding violation and was charged less than $100, including court costs. Based on the minimal nature of the violation, it is doubtful that any points will transfer to PA. We were delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Mr. Traynor to anyone in similar circumstances.
