The Law Firm of Russell Depersia, LLC was recommended to me by a good friend and it has served to be the best recommendation I have ever had. I was expecting the worst outcome and actually got the best outcome. Mr. Depersia and his staff were always courteous and professional. They always responde...d to my inquiries promptly and I never had to wonder what was going on with my case as they always kept me up to date with new developments. Mr. Depersia was always up front with me even though he sometimes underestimated his own abilities. From my side of things, he seems very connected to the legal system and the individuals in it. You would expect someone of his stature to be arrogant but he is a very humble and kind man, not to mention easy on the eyes. I am still amazed at what he was to accomplish in my case. I would highly recommend his services. Hopefully, I will never need his services again but he would be my first choice if I ever needed legal assistance.

He was my lawyer. He does a great job explains every move he will make and why and what will be good for you. Doesn’t make it seem like your just a regular old client. I had a two open DUI cases, with the potential for one to require 6 months in jail and a 10 year loss of my driving privileges. In addition I had 16 other charges in regards to one of the cases. Mr. DePersia took the case and immediately put me at ease. He was honest with me about what I was facing b...ut also confident he would keep me out of jail. In the end Mr. DePersia got all my charges dismissed and ended it in a second DUI case. I have no jail time and my lisence will back 8 years sooner then if I didn’t have his help.
