When I first dealt with Ms. Platts practice several years ago, I was impressed with her Staff and her Office right from the beginning. I was led into her conference room and in walked a very pleasant professional woman. She was there for me no matter what the questions or concerns were so I made no mistakes on moving forward. She gave me such confidence in putting this business together I was extremely comfortable working with her. She also has consulted me on a business I am partners in in another State, while in this situation she does not represent me (only due to the fact that it is out of State) - I called her as soon as I realized my partner was involved in illegal practices with the business. She gave me two pieces of advice to take care of immediately - I am forever grateful to her for the guidance given, based on what she told me I was able to set the the grounds for moving forward and holding my partner accountable. She is tough, she is fair and she is knowledgeable. She takes time needed for her clients and will make you feel comfortable as soon as you speak to her. She kept me informed and makes me feel like when I called her, I was the only client she had - There was never a time when she was too busy, didn't return calls or didn't answer questions with good, sound advice. Ms. Platt is what all attorneys should emulate - she is an advocate for her client, she is ethical and she is a professional.
