I represent employers and employees. For employers, I offer representation based on years of large firm experience, without the large firm bills. Since I currently have no associate to handle routine tasks, I bill at two rates, a partner rate and an associate rate.
For employees, both hourly and contingent fee representation are available, depending upon the situation.
There are many legal matters which I am capable of handling as a result of experience gained in other areas over the years. Some examples are contract/lease negotiation, land use and real estate matters, environmental issues, municipal court, and more. Please feel free to inquire.
