I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through my divorce without Pete. From day one, he was professional and completely in my corner. I highly recommend Pete! I have used his services twice. First time was about 10 years ago during my divorce. The second time was this year, when he was able to get my alimony permanently terminated. Some observations: - Pete is a good guy and very personable - He knows the law, and as importan...tly, he knows the judges and how the courts operate - He will thoroughly prep for litigation, but will seek to negotiate a satisfactory solution without having to go to court - He will be totally honest with you. He will let you know when the law is on your side and when it is against you. - He will let you know the strength of your case and recommend actions to make it stronger - He will inform you of the tradeoffs with proceeding with litigation versus settling - He will listen to your input and answer all of your questions - While he can't guarantee a result, he will try to give you an estimate of the probability of each of the potential outcomes. Sometimes this is dependent on the judge hearing the case I was very satisfied with his representation!

Mr. Banfe handled my recent divorce. He is clear, compassionate, professional, patient, and he LISTENS! Yes……a lawyer that listens!!
