Patricia fought for my rights!

I was referred to Patricia Barasch for my wrongful termination and age discrimination case. Although I was going through one of the most difficult times in my life and feeling depressed, worthless and defeated, Attorney Barasch and her partner, Attorney Richard Schall, made me feel confident and secu...re. I was kept in the loop and told what I should expect during the entire process. Time was taken to thoroughly prepare me for the deposition process. All of my expectations, and then some, were met! I highly recommend this firm if you have any need at all for an employment attorney. Patricia and Richard will advocate for your rights!

Great Experience

I found Patricia to be straightforward, honest and helpful in dealing with a difficult issue. She took the time to listen and understand my situation, answered my questions and provided guidance in an area that was unfamiliar to me. A very good experience.

Forever Fight For The Pink!!

I had no idea what to expect when I first called the Schall & Barasch firm. I had no idea if I even had a case. Richard and Patricia took the time to listen to my story, research the new law pertaining to my case & did absolutely everything in their power to fight for me! They are truly remarkable p...eople! They are loyal & compassionate. They answer the phone calls and emails when someone like me has 12 million questions about every little thing. You’re not just a “client” to them, you’re a real person. I’d recommend them to every single solitary person who wants a genuine legal team that goes above and beyond!!!!

excellent lawyer

Patricia is an excellent lawyer, and I underline excellent lawyer. She's professional at all times, explains everything to the T she makes sure that the client is very comfortable in every situation. I absolutely would recommend Patricia and Richard because they are perfect team.
