Manuela Machado Morais

Manuela Morais is the Principal of the Law Offices of Manuela Morais, LLC, a firm specializing exclusively in the area of United States immigration and nationality law.  She represents corporate clients, their employees, and individuals before federal governmental agencies, including the United State Citizenship and Immigration Service, the United States Department of Labor, and the United States Department of State.  Clients range from small, start-up operations to multi-national corporations.  Manuela has represented firms in the automotive, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, service, and technology industries.

She oversees an office of two attorneys and one paralegal from the main office in Moorestown, New Jersey, with a satellite office located in center city Philadelphia.

Hailing from Portugal, Manuela possesses a unique global perspective. Manuela graduated from Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, in 1993, and earned her J.D. at the Widener University School of Law in 1999.

She is licensed as a practicing attorney in New Jersey and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Burlington County Bar Association.

Prior to founding her own law firm, Manuela was Of-Counsel and responsible for the management of the Immigration Practice at Blank Rome LLP as well as an Associate in the Immigration Practice at Pepper Hamilton LLP.  She also served as a congressional aide to The Honorable Robert E. Andrews of New Jersey.
