Frances Ann Hartman

I was fighting for alimony. Ms Hartman was recommended to me. What should have been a rather simple, quick case turned into a nightmare. She absolutely lost the case for me, never answered emails, texts, voice mails or phone calls. I have to say her son, also a practicing lawyer in her office, was a...lmost as negligent., The final straw was all my records, paperwork, bills, etc were returned in a box in total disarray!! I was told that someone at Staples dropped the box! My retort… why did you need to go to Staples to make copies? Who was making copies of my personal information ?? You would think the respectful thing to do would be to at least rearrange all the papers right side up. This was an extremely poor showing and Ms Hartman should need to pay restitution.

I was scheduled a consult for 1pm on a Monday. I arrived at the office (be prepared to search a huge building) at 12:50 finding no one available in the office, door locked. I texted Fran Hartman to let her know I had arrived, no response. I texted her again at ten after 1pm , no response. I called he...r and the phone rang 3x and then voice-mail picked up. I drove over an hour for this appointment to be stood up, my children are experiencing trauma, dealing with such a horrible separation and I really needed someone on my side who could fight for me and my children. This lawyer definitely wasn't it, STAY FAR AWAY.

I hired Fran Hartman to represent me in estate case. I lost the case because she failed to notify me of upcoming motion, she never called me, texted me, or emailed me even after I found out what she did. Please, do yourself a huge favor, do not hire this lawyer, you will have a big headache and it wi...ll cost you lots of money. If I could write zero stars, I would. She also screamed at me on multiple occasions, very easily agitatec, run away from her.
